"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"Great stay at this property very clean no issues"

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only complaint was the noise. We had a room on the 4th floor facing the courtyard and could hear every word. A party was taking place and drunk guests stood around talking loudly all night. We had to leave for the airport at 4 am and there were still party guests arguing in the hallway so loudly right outside the guestrooms. The hotel is otherwise great and minutes from the airport. The breakfast in the restaurant was also fantastic and fresh."

"Upon check-in, I requested that my membership QR code be scanned. However, the front desk informed me that this stay would not qualify for stay credits and did not scan my QR code. Additionally, the bedside lamp was missing a light bulb, the television was constantly freezing and would not allow channel changes."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"Front desk would not accomodate a double bed split instead of a king bed. Was told it was Expedia rule and could not accomodate."

"The room was fine no issues. My only concern is the staff. Checking in late evening the person at the counter was very rude. Instead of good evening how can I help you. I got “What do you want”? When I said I’d like to check in I got I’ll be with you in a bit as she walked away. Definitely not a warm welcome from start to finish. Morning counter staff was no better. When checking out person behind the counter was texting on her cell phone and never acknowledged me at all. Another staff member...
