Overall, very good indeed. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating but a couple came across a bit standoffish - perhaps due to the language barrier. Food at the clubhouse is ok but not guaranteed to be exactly what you order!
There’s little to do around the hotel besides go the beach. We rented a car and visited Vila Real de Santo António and Tavira, which were lovely.
