"I read many online reviews for this hotel, most were very good and we arrived full of expectation. We were not disappointed, from the moment we stepped in the level of service from all the staff was superb, Breakfast was fresh, plenteous and varied, top marks. The bar/bistro was well priced and again the staff were brilliant. Location is 5 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes from the centre and restaurants and also leads directly to walking/cycling paths. If you like water sports they are all available and just next door to the hotel. Loved Colico and Seven Parks."

"Hotel Albrici was SUCH A SURPRISE! Super clean, renovated, and the service was amazing. Manuela (who runs the property) is probably the nicest general manager we have ever met. The breakfast was fantastic, the bedding in the room, and the overall location was so much more than we expected when we booked our reservation. An amazing property. 10 of 10 stars. And, thank you, Manuela!"

"Absolutely loved our stay here in Dervio easily the best and cleanest place we stayed during our tour of Northern Italy. The B&B had a great authentic Italian feel to it, full of character and charm rather than feeling overly modern or generic. Location was perfect too, very easy to find, only a short walk from the train station, and then only a few minutes down to the waterfront and lake. Ideal base for exploring the area. The owner was brilliant and made us feel welcome straight away. We were given a welcome pack with maps, recommendations, and the best local places to visit/eat which was a really nice personal touch and made the trip even better. Couldn’t fault the place at all spotless, comfortable, and genuinely felt like a proper Italian stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Lake Como/Dervio area!"

"Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view. The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc. A couple of things to keep in mind. There’s no staff on site. Everything is done remotely and communicated through Whatsapp. They are very good at it so there wasn’t very many issues. The thermostat is controlled by their offsite staff, which we didn’t really care for. We prefer to have control of our own thermostat when we’re staying someplace… especially for the amount that we paid to stay here. It wasn’t that big of an issue, because most of the time we had the windows and doors opened to the cool temperatures outside. However, a couple of times got very hot and a couple of times got very cold. One other thing. My wife and I tend to be last-minute schedulers. That doesn’t really work for this property if you’re planning to get a ride someplace or use the services like massage. Since they use all third-party companies, you have to schedule ahead of time or you can expect to pay 4 to 5 times the normal price."
