"The walkway you see in the pics alone is worth the stay! The units are very comfortable and the kitchen has a gas stove, plates, cups, pots / pans and good size refrigerator. This is all nice because the only grocery on the island is a 3 minute walk (super close!) TV's in every room and the balcony / main entrance has French doors. It's beautiful. The shower is very small, as is the bathroom (unit 14), but serves it's purpose well. There is a 6 drawer dresser, two storage spaces with hangers (in different rooms) and a small breakfast table."

"Staff was great, grounds are beautiful, and they have a great shuttle service that takes you downtown or to the pier as a part of your accommodations - it was great to be able to come and go as we pleased without worrying about transportation. Drivers were very friendly and made great recommendations."

"The reception staff was not that friendly or that welcoming, even at check-in. It’s a nice property but I was just not impressed with their customer service, despite the nightly cost. This isn’t a motel 6, I expected a warm and cheery welcome. I wouldn’t stay here again just based solely on that. I want to come back to places that make me feel welcomed. The only positive is that the cleaning staff was friendly, my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My guess is the front desk is over worked and they don’t have the capacity to hide it. I don’t want to place all the blame on the front desk staff but maybe upper management should take notice."

"The hotel's location is great, it's very clean, the staff is polite and does their job quickly, the part of the hotel that I found great was its silence, and the rooms were very clean."

"The hotel is very old and outdated. The carpet is extremely dirty. The phone never works. It is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

"Walls are paper thin, you can hear every little noise from neighboring rooms such as: snoring, kids, people taking a shower etc. There is no bathtub. The staff is very very nice, the location is great, its clean. The main issue is being woken up by someones snoring and every single little noise."

"This is an affordable place in a great location. They will let you leave luggage after your room has expired which is nice. We did have to wait 30 minutes to check in since no one was present at check in time. Overall no complaints really for the price."
