"Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds. Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool. Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries. Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately. Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash. Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways). I would choose to stay elsewhere next time."

"The view was incredible and the pool was the nicest I’ve ever been in. Having walkable access to the park was so convenient. Truly an amazing property with very attentive staff."

"Spacious Room, excellent cleanliness, very authentic nature experience. Staff at reception were also very helpful when we had an unexpected cancellation of our flight due to a nationwide strike. They were understanding and accommodating during a very stressful time which helped me and my parents navigate our situation better. Thank-you again ❤️"

"Room was okay, minimal electrical outlets, wifi worked well. Staff are nice enough, however, absolutely no English spoken, was an issue for us, but that is on us, not on them. Service in restaurant was horrible, had to go to front desk repeatedly to get someone to help us. Most importantly, had hotel book a transfer to the airport (with written confirmation). Transfer was late. At 10 minutes late, we asked them to contact the transfer company. At 20 minutes late, we called an Uber. It arrived in 2 minutes. We have no idea if the transfer ever arrived"
