"The hotel was a great location thats about a 18 min walk to the main hustle of the town. Just across the bridge and in a nice area very near the piazza michaelangelo. The staff was the highlight as everyone was nice and helpful. Nice room and waking up church bells is a plus :)I recommend this place if you want to stay in a family ran place (Belotti family, amazing house) and have an authentic florentine stay :) Grazie mille!"

"A beautiful old building with lovely gardens and staff who were very helpful and courteous. The hotel was in a peaceful location positioned on a hill above the town. It was only a 30 minute walk along small lanes, offering amazing views of Tuscan countryside and the city of Florence into the city centre. There was also a regular shuttle from the hotel to the city. Breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed juice, plenty of fresh fruit including persimmon and pomegranate, as well as an...

"In peak winter when it's about 0 or - degrees, the AC/heating in the room need to be kept on like 28 degrees for the temperature in the room to be nice, especially at night. Or ask for another duvet. Depends on each person's tolerance for heat and cold though I guess. "
