"This is a beautiful retro New-York style hotel with cool lobby and lovely rooms that are functional if not a little on the smaller size, though there are choices there."

"The executive suite had a wonderful view. The style of the room was special. Lots of polished stainless steel in the walls, trim, fixtures, and any finishings. There were automatic window blinds, lots of artwork, and comfortable furniture. The lounge access was nice. The staff were very eager to give you their full attention, even if it meant talking and keeping you company while you wait for your ride to show up. The convenience in its location is stellar too. "When we stay in Cleveland, we always try to stay here if possible. When not on a budget, it's a nice splurge. I see splurge because you have to pay valet $50-$60 a night for parking. That can add up. Other than that, we enjoy staying at this property because we enjoy the 2 floor rooms that have the main living area downstairs and the sleep area/bathroom upstairs. There's also a bathroom downstairs near the kitchen. Great for our family! And the fact that this property is so close to Rocket...

"I booked at this hotel because it had decent reviews and a pool. When we went down to use the pool though, it was not safe. The spa/hot tub was roped off with caution tape and the pool was foggy. Like, couldn't hardly see the drain at the bottom of the pool foggy. It was apparent looking at the steps into the pool that it's not clean. The water in a pool should be clear. Not only is it dangerous because clearly the pool is unclean and you're risking infection, but the visibility in foggy water...
