"Convenient location in terms of public transport and the CBD, literally a 5min walk to both. Clean room, helpful and friendly reception staff, large and comfortable room (we had 3 adults with enough space for everyone to be comfortable and not cramped). Great stay!"

"Nice hotel overall – clean, stylish and well located, with friendly staff. Nothing wrong with the stay, but for a 4.5 star property we expected a bit more. There wasn’t really a comfortable space in the lobby to sit and work on a laptop, and some basic amenities like a shower cap weren’t provided. Small details, but things you’d normally expect at this level. Glad we didn’t pay full price as I may have felt disappointed if we had."

"We booked two rooms on Saturday One was getting cleaned when we arrived Upon entry the room had a very strong perfume chemical cleaner smell. Like something that was sprayed for mildew or a wet rug. We got the lowest floor with the alley view even though the hotel did not appear full. Staff were pleasant. I was not a fan of the artwork throughout the hotel."

"The hotel is pretty old. The bathroom ceiling is peeling , might be due to water damages. The room smells dumped or even mold. It seems the rug and furnitures are all very old. It was not very pleasant to stay an old hotel with smell. "
