It’s a motel 6 so we knew what we were getting. For the price it is expected but the location is perfect for launching a boat at Site 6 on the island at lake havasu city. "Pool and hot tub were great. They accept pets but the pet area needed cleaning. The rooms were what you expect from a days inn. You get what you pay for. Parking was great since we had a boat. Breakfast was basic but really good. Normal eggs and sausage and waffkes and cereal. It was perfect for the family and the price. Will probably stay again for the price. Also right next to the grocery store so that was super convenient."

"There was no maid service, you had to take out your own garbage, weren't allowed to turn thermostat below 74, no ice machine, a room that was rated as accessible didn't have any handicap features except it had a wide enough door to get into the room. Won't stay there again."
