"The most annoying problem with my stay was that the toilet in my room was so low that every time I sat on it parts of me were in toilet water. To say the least this was an uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’m a man of average height (5’ 11”) and proportions. I don’t think this problem is any way unique to me. When I checked out, I talked to the manager. She said she was aware that the toilets in the hotels’ guest rooms were a problem. She and other staff members had recently stayed overnight at the...
