"Wifi was spotty. Husband was having a tough time working. Movies kept pausing and buffering, so that made it difficult to see anything all the way through! Food was excellent! Staff was friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability. My last stay was 10 years ago, Aug 2016! We noticed lots of upgrades to the property. "This was a neat place to stay. I wish I would’ve had more time to play golf. Our room was ok. There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling. "The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

"Perfect stay for 4 travellers for 2 nights. Wasn’t large or fancy but suited our needs for the short stay, especially when we spent the day exploring and didn’t need to stay in the room. The owner/manager was absolutely helpful."

"When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing."

"We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...

"This place was in an ideal location. There was a grocery store across the street, a gas station, and a ATM all within 1 minute walking distance. Unfortunately my room had a lot of ants which sucked but it was overall decent."
