The concierge started communicating with us a few weeks prior to our arrival to ensure our questions were answered as well as aided in booking two fantastic excursions. We were met at the Belize City airport by a representative from the resort to help guide us to our connecting flight to Ambergris Caye. From that point on the Coco Beach made sure we were completely taken care of. From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were fantastic and extremely well maintained. We ate several meals at the resort and enjoyed all of our meals. We spent a lot of time exploring while on Ambergris Caye, and from what we could tell, we made the best choice for our accommodations."
