"Hotel is very old and way below the average of a Hyatt property, mattresses are not comfortable nor pillows. Rooms could use a little bit of maintenance. "

I expected a little more for the breakfast. the certificate of operations for the elevator expired 1-31-26. there were people standing out side of entry doors smoking pot. that's all you could smell on the second floor. All in all it was one of the worse places I have ever stayed in."

"If you are placed on the 1st floor don’t plan to sleep until the lobby area empties out. There were people hollering until after 1am and any time someone enters their rooms the door slamming will shake your room. "
