This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically. All were dealt with,or at least answers given by the staff and the maintenance guys in particular arrived quickly and fixed what they could fix quickly and efficiently.It seems that...

"It’s good enough for bed and shower for the money. The room has a twelve inch CRT none working tv. The hot water was not working. It could use a new drapes and new tile grout in the shower. We old ladies were on the fourth floor and the elevator quit working. Not good for the knees. Staff were friendly. "

"The place was accessible to a lot of places. However, the facilities are a bit old, didn't have enough sockets to charge phones (we got a room for 4 persons). Budget-wise it was good. Wifi didn't reach our room though."

"A nice inexpensive olderproperty centrally located to Mango Square an Ayala Mall. You do have to pay extra to use the gym that Expedia i.plies is free. You also have to surrender your key to the front desk with each exit and than wait in an always bust line to retrieve your key upon return."
