"Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. "This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding."

"I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. "So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. I paid extra for a Suite all it was is an extra couch it smelled musty in there and despite the AC being at 68 it was humid but not unbearably hot.
