"It is fairly new hotel . Great , clean rooms . Great staff. We had dog with us and everyone was extremely accommodating. We even met GM who pet our dogs and asked what she can do for us to make our stay better. Beds were super comfortable. Great breakfast. It was really nice stay"

"We loved our stay. They have a gas fireplace outside. We didn't get to use it but looked like a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was excellent, except the floor was a little sticky. We were able to overlook that because everything else was so nice. Bed, very comfortable. The breakfast was ki d of lacking compared to other places we've been but, we only have coffee in the AM so no big deal there either. Staff was very nice. The Casino is just up the street."

"There was absolutely nothing unique about the property. The hospitality staff was extremely poor. Not cleaning the room properly for at least 7 days of the nine day stay. When we came in the room at night we had to personally go to the front desk at least 5 of the nine days to get wash cloths and towels for the room. Upon my complaints to the manager for some type of compensation all I received was they were not able to accommodate me for any thing monetary but it was going to be a meeting with...

"The man that checked us in was efficient, but not personalable at all. After he checked us in to the 3rd floor he casually mentioned the elevator was broken. 3rd floor... no elevator. Other than ant crawling up the wall the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. When we checked out and mentioned the hassle of the broken elevator the clerk was surprised. She didn't know. Yeah, we didn't either."

"Easy to get to from the interstate, easy & safe parking, very clean, and very friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean, A/C worked, beds comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful. The breakfast offerings were very good, and the woman on staff the morning we were there was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay again."
