"The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Location was in a great spot with everything you need close. Our room upon entry was so cold and the strong smelling of pinesole cleaner was so bad we had open the windows and leave for a few hours. The floors looked to not have been swept well as we found what looked like tobacco on the floor in the bathroom and a few things on the floor around the bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain on at all so water was all over the floor after we showered. The toilet, tub, microwave and fridge were clean and satisfactory. The bed had a terrible squeaky noise so every time anyone moved it would squeak very loudly. Their was so much clearer used and left on the floors it was sticky when you walked on it and sticky. The hallway and elevator to get to our room on the 4th floor were terribly dirty, with trash snd staines from drinks spilled all over. The coffee machine was out of service which was a disappointment. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I give them a 5 star rating. Room wise I give a 2 star."
