The stay at the cliff was amazing. As soon as you check in they send a porter to your vehicle to get your luggage and bring it to your room. The bed at the cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, the refrigerator had complimentary bottles of still and sparkling water. Anything you needed the staff took care of. The property itself is beautiful, we went around Christmas and New Years and the entire property was decorates with lights. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner. They also have a little cafe with delicious sandwiches and baked goods, they we enjoyed during lunch. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Absolutely beautiful complex. Fun to bike ride along the grand Canal. The little shop for coffee and drinks was very convenient.
Room cleanup was inconsistent. Carpet was dirty, trash not always taken out and bathroom not fully cleaned.
The spa was unable to provide an appointment for my wife during our three day stay.
Neither of the whirlpools were fully functional, and the saunas were not that hot.
Dinner and breakfast were very good. Dinner service was slow, our server did not realize we had finished our main course have not been at our table for sometime.
Walls in our building are very thin. We could hear the conversation conversations in the next room.
Beautiful location outside Dublin City
Staff were really helpful when we need a room change
Breakfast is really nice and there is a pantry for coffee and cake
Right beside the canal so a lovely place for a walk or run
Wow! From the moment you drive in you’re transported into a tranquil setting. We stayed for one short night (wish we had more time). We had dinner at the mill and a glass of wine and the pub on the property.
The hot tub/sauna area did close at 6pm so we didn’t get to enjoy them. Wish I would have known that.
The staff as super friendly and our rooms were lovely. We stayed in the lily pond room, which felt new. Its was lovely! Would definitely come back if you are looking for a quite tranquil stay.
Overall the property and setting are beautiful, incredible dinner and lovely bar and breakfast experience - really nice spaces to enjoy at different stages of stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Thermal spa a lovely oasis. Bikes available to borrow to explore the adjacent canal path.
The room we got let down the entire experience, seems to be converted corridor with partition. Badly insulated with noise, poorly & minimally furnished-no really comfort with polished concrete floor and no rug. sound from other room&guests audible.
Other members of group got lovely new build rooms with character which enhanced their experience. disappointing and unexpected for such a property to let down with the accommodation like that.
I do recommend a stay but take care with your accommodation
Everything was excellent, I could not have one complaint , we had dinner on the first night in the Mill restaurant, could not fault there, and then thought how much better could Aimsir be , this is miles ahead of anything I’ve ever tried, food was outstanding, all in all what a wonderful place
We have styed at this property just over a year ago, and really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Which is why we decided to book it again for our more recent visit as it had been such a magical, luxurious and special experience.
This time we were disappointed, we stayed in an apartment, just over the reception area.
It was on the upper floor over a coffee shop. There was no one to take our bags to our room, the appartment was cold and we smelt hint of tobacco smoke. The furniture in the main area didn't seem too luxurious, infact, the decor of the main room was bear and a bit dirty, it seemed as if it was thrown together with odds and ends left over from other rooms. The bathroom had no bath, but the shower was wonderful. There were no robes left out so I rang down to reception. I found makeup on the shelf over the radiator and noticed a black tooth brush down at the side of the sink which seemed to be there a while, the floor was very dusty. The kitchen was not very well equipeted, no tea towels, pots and only one pan. We ate in the first night and I had to wash the trays in the oven because a fish cake from a previous guest was stuck to the underbase. The lighting in the main room was really poor to read under so we had to bring two lamps in from the bedroom. We later had to call reception to fix the heating as it still it hadn't been turned on.We ate at the Orangerywhich was woderful we enjoyed the grounds, and staff were very friendly. Room not as luxurious this time

Beautiful property great restaurant stunning service the staff is very accommodating fabulous breakfast and dinner
Absolutely outstanding. We hated to leave and are making plans to return soon. Lovely grounds, very kind and helpful staff and our breakfast was far better than expected. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.
Fabulous property. Room was very spacious. Grounds are just beautiful...feels more like an estate than a hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely book again.
