"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. "We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."

"Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. "

"It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast."
