We were at the gardens til they closed then grabbed some dinner and came back to play cards. We Were told the lobby was closed at 10pm and we could NOT be in the lobby area play cards. "The room and property were very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent most days and we appreciated the gentleman who put out the tastiest menus. The cleaners could be obstinate about refusing to even speak one word of English but I don’t know any Spanish either. It was just their attitude that was disturbing. We had a good week visiting sites around Grand Rapids and had a restful stay at the hotel."
