Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. AMAYA Hotel & Suites
This place is a disgrace. There was a bed missing, there was no heating at all and no staff to fix the problems. Messages and calls to them were ignored before, during and after the stay. This hotel should not be on this platform.
