The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. "Nearly a hidden location on a small street in Perugia. Hard to unload luggage if your car is full size, but worth it. Had to park in the huge inside the hill garage. Lovely rooms. Breakfast room has painted ceilings from the 12th century. It’s near everything! Well priced too. "
