"Breakfast Items looked very good and a good variety. The shelving in several cases were too tall for us and there were no stools to assist me. The chairs were not conducive to use safely. The showers need a shelf for us to put our own shower soap and shampoo, etc. Also, there is no device in the shower to prevent the shower floor from becoming slippery and unsafe. Having a foothold in the shower would assist women travelers to shave their legs safely. Overall, it was a very nice facility...

"The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint."

"Our room was nice and clean when we arrived. A family was playing cards in the breakfast area when we walked in- always a good sign others feel comfortable in the hotel. Our room was bright and cheerful. The bathroom was filled with towels and soaps, beds were nicely made, and the overall room was relaxing. Just what we wanted after traveling most of the day. The breakfast area is large enough for you to choose items yet not feel like you're standing on top of others. This is not the way it is...

"I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading."

"Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. "This hotel was close to the TBK Sports Complex, as well as shopping and many restaurants and located on a major highway. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very good also with a variety of food items to choose from"

"When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. "Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that."
