"Check in was quick and fast. Incidental fee was inexpensive. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was great.my husband works in the industrial area so this would be my go to hotel."

"Things were fine except the key card validator wasn’t working and so the front desk literally had to walk each patron to their room and unlock their door with a master key. Act of nature I suppose but when you still charge full price and MAJORLY inconvenience customers (as you couldn’t even leave the rm to get ice without having to have the front desk let you back in) there in lies the travesty!!!"

"It's located in good place. I stayed one night in double bedroom and was ok. The olny thing were, the shower curtain was dirty and the phone in rhe room didn't working. There's not an American breakfast,is just like a meal. The good thing was I did my late check out for 1 hr and I haven't to pay extra."

"I don't have anything bad to say about this place. They came in clutch when our room was cancelled at the last minute and the owners were very nice. Only spent one night there, but it served its purpose."

"Rerented our room. Had to sleep in the car. Told us to request a refund only to deny said request. It was due to a late check in but their front desk was unreachable. Apparently they don’t get a lot of business because the weekend everything was sold out, they took advantage and were greedy. Very unprofessional."

"Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed. You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak. There was a thermostat on the wall but it didn't control anything. The room was clean overall though. My only real complaint is that we were both charged $5.51 for a...

"Very busy during check in"

"Stayed this past weekend. After the service from the front desk agent and managers won’t stay there again. Found in my room next to the nightstand not sure what it is but it looked gross either used condom or hairnet and i didn’t want to touch it. I complained at check out to front desk person and told her about it she said thanks for letting us know and didn’t offer to do anything about it.
