"Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!"

"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. "

"The construction on the first floor was horrible and the first elevator was not working properly so we had to hoof it down the the elevator at the opposite end of the building."

"Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! "Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. "

"Internet was okay, once you figured how how to get into it. The breakfast was meager to say the least. This place is under new management and they are remodeling so it surprised me to see that they were actually open. The shower had an unexpected apparatus which this local girl didn't recognize at all. Water pressure was low and king bed was SUPER firm which was a challenge. "The odor at the entrance was bad with police presence. Couldn’t sleep as people keep talking from other rooms, to cap it off they charged $100 for security deposit that will be returned in 7 business days. The first I have ever experienced since I came to USA in 2006. Regular and best hotels I had stayed only charges $50. Charging $100 for a smelling property is too much."
