"The room was spotless when we arrived & had plenty of towels in the restroom. They provided us with laundry soap, dish soap as well as soap for the dishwasher. The location had several restaurants within walking distance on Rainey street. There’s a small grocery store in that same area that has everything u may need so u don’t have to go to a big store. And of course the view of the city was beautiful. We will be back."

"We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. However, the towels and room area rugs look a bit outdated. The kitchen utensils can be upgraded and better organized. Here are the areas definitely...

"The toilet was clogged the first three days we were there, and the dryer vent must’ve had a leak that dumped lint all over the entryway closet interior. Aside from those two things, the place was nice in a convenient spot and the pool was great. We specifically picked the room for the fact that it had a balcony, but unfortunately the outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable that we ended up spending zero time out on it which was a bummer.
