"Everything was nice at the hotel, except the WiFi, no car access, and far parking with cobblestone walk and drive ways. This was not good while dragging luggage."

There was fruit, desserts and coffee available in the evening and a wonderful fresh breakfast in the morning. The staff was very accomodating. "We found ourselves in Vic late at night after a rental car break down and had to find last-minute accommodations. Up Rooms Vic saved our day! The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."

"The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! If you get the chance, eat at the BO2 restaurant...its a 2 min walk from the rooms, and incredibly good fixed price menu. Monserrat is only a 17 min drive from there, and the BCN/El Prat airport is about a 35 min drivetoo! Id definitely stay here again. Well done!"

"The first time I’ve stayed in a parador. Secluded and a real experience in the mountains overlooking a lake We had an upgraded room which gave us a wonderful view. Not for you if you want disco and nightlife. Great if you like the outdoors and peace and quiet."
