"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya.
saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu.
sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

"The breakfast was fantastic, and the servers were enthusiastically accommodating. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Simon at the front desk spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The staff Was Very friendly the hotel was well. Location rooms were big and comfortable. The front desk and the restaurant. Staff was amazing. The food really very excellent."

"1. Para ser un hotel que se dice "de aeropuerto", me parece sorprendente que no haya room service 24 horas, o algún menú "básico" para la gente que llegamos en la noche. Me quedé sin cenar!!!
2. El chavo de la recepción muy serio, amable pero cortante.
3. El chófer de la transportación se enojó porque le dije que iba a tomar un vuelo internacional y no un nacional"
