"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff!!!!! Omg! We didn't meet a single person who wasn't lovely. From the valet, to the front desk, to the janitorial staff to the bar and grille, to random employees. Every single employee we encountered was top-notch. It was a breathe of fresh air, to be honest. The rooms were clean. The water pressure was so good on the 7th floor, it was hot within seconds. They had a wedding and an anniversary party there too, and every facet ran SO SMOOTHLY! I'm not too picky about esthetics, but this hotel was absolutely stunning. You can tell she needs some upgrades here and there, I won't lie, but you truly feel like you're taking a step into a ritzy past. If that's not your jam, the staff, ease and cleanliness make up for it VERY quickly! "New" hotels should take a slip from this old girl's play book! By far, the best hotel experience I've ever had. I truly felt at home here. Keep it up!"

"Room was very nice and clean. Love the bathroom in the room. Also couldn’t get the coffee maker in the room to work, but can’t complain much because there’s free coffee down stairs. Only problem was all night long there’s people walking by yelling so sleep was a problem."

"The hotel is very modern and updated. Check in was flawless except the valet. It is not clearly marked where to go. During check-in, cars were backed up as the staff tried to shuffle the volume of cars. The next day we go to leave and there is only one valet. The hotel is in tight quarters downtown so that might be the valet problem. However, parking is a minimal issue, we would stay at the hotel again."
