Excellent hotel, staff really help when they can. I felt this hotel was brilliantly placed, there are close shops, restaurants etc. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. As far as accommodation in Tel Aviv goes I consider it excellent value. The breakfast is typical Israeli, they offer free coffee/snacks throughout the day and free wine too. Roof terrace is pretty empty most days which is great to catch the sun but when you don't want to go to the busy beach. There were a few problems but...

This is a nice hotel in a good location about 30 minutes walk along the seafront promenade to the centre of Netanya. The room was a good size with a balcony providing a proper coastal and sea view. The good sized pool was refreshing. There was plenty of seating available. There is a poolside outdoor restaurant serving drinks, snacks and large-portion sized burgers, chips etc. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of very tasty options.
