"This hotel is brand new and it was a perfect stay in Roma Norte. We were traveling with a 6 month old baby so we were looking for something with good AC, quiet rooms, and blackout curtains. That’s hard to find in Roma Norte and we are lucky that this place opened just in time. There was a bit of a confusion on our room type when we arrived, but the front desk went out of their way to fix it and make sure we had a good stay. Great location, great service, great rooms! "Everything about this hotel is adorable and amazing. The decor is amazing, beds and linens very comfortable, very very adorable. However, we stayed in the Aguacate room and it is next to the entrance. When we realized this during check in - we asked to be changed rooms and they didn’t allow us, even if there was several rooms open at the same rate. This is my one and only thing and that maybe in the description the should list this? Other than that 10/10- great value at a great hotel."
