"I am overall very pleased and satisfied with my experience, staying here mostly due to the incredible staff and how accommodating they were. We arrived at 1 AM. I liked that the door was locked and secure. It made me feel safe. Unfortunately, my room key didn’t work on the first room because I believe the lock battery was dying so they sent maintenance up with a key for a different room halfway down the hall and they came very quickly. That room didn’t have working air-conditioning so the first night we slept with it being 76° in the room, but the second night we requested to have that looked at or moved to a different room and they responded quickly by offering me the room right next-door, which was very convenient with moving our things over to it and I mentioned that the first one didn’t have a microwave and he informed me that the type of room I booked did not include a microwave as one of the amenities, but to my surprise, when I went over to the second room, they had brought a microwave up for me and I thought that that was extremely nice and just a above and beyond gesture that made a difference for our overall experience. The shower pressure was nice. The room was clean. The building was pretty clean and the outside of the building was a little bit dirty and could use some trash maintenance pick up around from peoples litter but other like I said, the overall experience was pleasant due to the staff."
