"Worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Screws were coming loose, pillows were flatter than a pancake. We had issues with our key the first time using it after leaving the Motel and the staff were rude in response. The front desk was too busy on her personal phone to ever acknowledge us. Housekeeping kept talking on their phones while cleaning rooms about personal things, like their date the night before. People slammed doors at various hours of the night. I even complained about our next door neighbors...

"I planned a trip to Carter Lake late in the process and all hotels closer to the lake were booked. It was about a 30-minute drive to Crater Lake from this hotel, which was not a problem for me. The hotel is older with few amenities, but it is clean and safe. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was fine for me."
