"Parking was an issue for us. Although you had a parking garage, it was hard for my husband to walk from there. Also, restaurants were far enough away that we had to drive and lose our parking spot. On the positive side, the staff was great, the room was nice, and the breakfast fare was good as well. Thank you"

"They are renting out apartments or condos. Mine had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Super nice inside. The check in sucks. You go to a computer and it takes you through all kind of steps. Mine did not work. I was lucky that somebody was there to reset it. After 9 pm you are out of luck. You live in an apartment like complex with full time tenants. This was a little akward. The worst is they do not have enough parking, so you have to go fend for yourself and find parking spots...

"I was in town for a concert and the venue was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I stayed in this area before and the hotels were bad. The Central Phoenix is at the time I stayed going through renovations. The room was updated and clean. The one thing I missed was "coffee", you'd think it would be easy to put a 2-cup brewer in the room. Also, a safe would be nice. The staff were nice."
