"Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool. Loved it. Spent a week during Christmas and would stay there again if/when I go back to Singapore!"

"No better place to stay if you value convenience. Connected to the Paragon Mall, a full kitchen, with 2 doors fridge/freezer. I was travelling with an infant so the freezer was really necessary, and it was nice to have that in our room.
The only thing I was disappointed about was the AC in our room which was ridiculously loud and unpleasantly cold. We tried adjusting using the controller and also conveying this to the Ascott team but I guess they need time to look at it.
