"The staff was exceptional, its very centrally located for good walking. The crystal club upgrade was worth it for us, and my personal favorite was the pillow menu. Being able to have the perfect pillow for me was great. Bedding was comfortable, this was a great spot"

"We loved our stay at the hotel. We had an Urban Suite for our stay which was amazing. The only issue we had was for a very large room there was very little storage for unpacked clothes."

"Room was clean with great views. Club Lounge was a great option for us as we had planned to stay in for most of the day. The 5 meal presentations throughout the day provided the perfect amount of food, buffet style. Breakfast options at the Colony at the ground floor was much more abundant compared to the Club Lounge offering. Would recommend visiting there instead."
