Lovely location quiet and service was good. unfortunately never any hot water - always luke warm and i was told that was the regulations

Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable and breakfast is nice. Only downside is the noise from other rooms you can hear other people talking unless you put the tv on. Not much refreshments in the room we stayed for two nights and I had to ask if we could have another packet of coffee for the coffee machine.
