"What a fantastic stay we had in Lucerne. Our room was a huge corner room and the views were fantastic. The staff was responsive and kind. The location was simply fantastic. Ten minute walk to the train station and a ten minute walk across one of the famous wooden bridges to get to watch street to see boutique's of almost every Swiss Watch Manufacturer. Both my wife and I bought watches and absolutely loved the experience. We did an hour boat tour of Lake Lucerne and absolutely loved it. The same is true of our day visit to Mount Pilatus. We took a train to the cog wheel to go up the mountain and when we left we took the Aerial Cableway Gondolas down. Simply fantastic day to climb to the top of the mountain and see absolutely unbelievable sights."

"Nice and clean hotel, excellent location close to the station and old town. Breakfast had a few vegan options witch I greatly appreciate! Rooms are a little small and get really hot during summer time, but they are clean and cozy. Overall a good experience."

"Leon was absolutely incredibly helpful. He not only helped us locate milk and baby necessities. He wrote out an entire days itinerary for us to tour Luzern and it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here just because of him!"

"The view is absolutely stunning at this hotel. We picked it to be away from the crowds in the center of Lucerne and the hotel provides free bus passes during the stay so transportation was super easy to get to all the main sights and hiking spots. Great shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor and tooth brush which was really nice. Room was impeccably clean every day as well. We went in the summer and the AC unit was in an odd location so it didn't circulate through the room well and we had to make sure the curtains were closed so it wouldn't overheat the room during the day. Overall would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends"
