"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday. "Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint.
We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us."

"Super chambre avec une superbe vue. Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail !
Petit déjeuner salé/sucré avec pas mal de choix.

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use.
