"I stayed one (1) night at this hotel in 2025 and was so impressed with the cleanliness, the staff ( especially Shar) close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had shuttle service, that I decided that the next time I visited Seattle, I would stay at this property. I came back this year (2026) and stayed for two weeks. My daughter was sick and she stayed at the hotel with me and the staff was so incredibly attentive to our needs and always inquiring about my daughter. Housekeeping were very kind and had no problem waiting until we left the room, to come back and clean. There again with compassion, empathy and kindness, was Shar, she made me feel like I was home, with family! This property will always be my go to, whenever I'm in Seattle."
