"Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience"
