"Check-in process unsafe, Safety concerns during our stay with on-call maintenance personnel knowing our room code and then suddenly random men tried to access our room during our stay including the middle of the night at 3am making multiple multiple attempts using the keypad. There is only an electronic keypad on door with no additional internal room safety precautions such as a chain or block. We ended up sleeping with the kitchen knife at our side and barricaded the door closed with the couch, and did not sleep well at all. Nice apartment but did not feel safe. Manager did not provide a refund as requested and stated “it was safe” and they would “look into it” when I requested they check video surveillance of who was trying to enter our room at 3am. I would advise a traditional hotel for your stay."
