"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

"The photos on the website is not what is shown on actual property. The Free breakfast is out in crock pots which consists of water downed gravy , dry biscuits and the sausage is sitting in water. You can’t take your breakfast to your room cause they don’t want any spillage on the floor but you can bring outside food in. That makes a lot of sense. And if you do you are charged a $50 Dollar clean up fee. The hallways and rooms spelled mildew. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but...
