"The staff was verry pleasant. The property is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy walking in the morning before the heat and stopping by the turtle pond. Unfortunately when we stayed the pools were not open and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend this property and I will return when they open the pools. Very family friendly, but also quiet if your looking for peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the King one bedroom suite was very large. Grocery and liquor store nearby....

"The hotel staff was very friendly. Especially checking in. The parking was rediculas Especially staying at the hotel. But there should of been someplace to put your clothes. A dresser would of been nice. I had to put my clothes on the floor. Also a tv in the bedroom. Overall you cannot beat the location !! Very clean and no shampoo in the container. "

"Convenient location to much of Houston's attractions, spacious room and stylish decor. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"Rooms were not ready to check in- seems like they need more willing to work staff. There was a line to check in. It was a concert weekend. They should’ve been prepared for a lot of people to check in at 3pm- considering the area they are in. That was really annoying because we had less time to get ready for the concert we were there to attend. They also need to expand parking or not book that many people- it was chaos. "

"We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!"

"The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices. "

"The cottage we stayed in was cute and clean. The beds were comfortable. We basically were there to shower and sleep as we were downtown Branson every day. It was nice they had entertainment nightly. Didn’t like the food at the restaurant, kids spaghetti & chicken salad. The pool was pretty cloudy & the water slide wasn’t open. For being a resort, you would think they would have a little convenience store to pick up little things you might need or forgot instead of running to Branson. Overall, it...
