"Had to ask twice to get the room cleaned. Both restaurants by the casino were okay but not great. No continental breakfast. Bathrooms were big, rooms were good. Loved the goat."

"Keep in mind that this is an inexpensive motel - The check in was alright and we stayed on the bottom floor, as seniors, that is nice. The room was alright- LOVED the fridge size. There was a two burner kitchenette but NO utensils, pot or pan or anything to use. The door was questionable- seriously did NOT close flush. There were quite a few transient people there staying, we believe subsidized. Though quiet, so good there. No air conditioning unit- no ice machine. We bought a fan there...

"Clean room"

"Pro: Staff was fine. Nothing special but did what they needed to. The room stayed cool through the night. Con: Everything else! The room was not clean at all! Hair on the shower wall, in the sink, on the counter, and on the floor. NO HOT WATER! The shower, at best, got to lukewarm. The sink didn't drain. We were there on probably their busiest night (STP) but I would still expect a clean rom especially for $140/night!"

"My worst hotel experience ever. I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and I was told I couldn’t check in because no rooms were available. A few minutes after check-in time the person started to process my check-in, and it took her over 20 minutes. When I got to my room there was a strong mold smell, and I thought to myself that I could open the door and the window to get rid of the smell. Next I noticed a power receptacle was hanging out of the box with exposed wires. I kept on...

"My buddies and I stayed here during the Seattle to Portland bike ride. Centralia had thousands of people rolling through booking up all the hotels, but Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and was welcoming us and everyone else with a smile. After riding all day, receiving great customer service like that is all you can ask for. The rooms were clean and cozy as well. Great stay!"
