"Worst experience I have had with a Hotel property. These rooms were booked in March. We were not informed about the construction, people using hammer drills right outside our room, exposed wires , elevator with yellow caution tape. I had 2 rooms daughter and son in law had there room in the work zone. We were gived a handicapped room . We complained, "why did you give us a handicap room" the girl at front desk smirked. I called her out on it . The Manager was the worst , he told us to leave...
