"Room nice size, clean, quiet. Staff very friendly. Check-in/out efficient. No indication on main road (ie: signage or directional arrow) as to where to turn to get to hotel. Address online is SAME as hospital. Website should state something like “enter at hospital parking #4. We are BEHIND the hospital”. Limited facilities/amenities nearby. Parking garage ($25/night) not secure - no ingress/egress control."

"I generally give this hotel 5-stars and have stayed here several times. Helen in the dining room/bar and Natty at the front desk in particular are great brand “ambassadors”. This last visit I was traveling with my brother and his son…. and my extreme dissatisfaction (and disappointment) is directed only at management/ownership’s decision to close the pool to hotel guests for 9 hours during the day M-F (closed 7-11:00 AM and 2:00-7:00 PM)… apparently, during these 9 closed hours each day M-F the pool is used for private swimming lessons (leased to an outside operator). Regardless of the financial considerations (perceived as positive to the owners), I cannot fathom the hotel ownership/management’s decision to operate in this manner which removes a much publicized hotel amenity…AND makes absolutely no mention of this amenity, the pool, that I felt I paid for being unavailable to hotel guests during 9 prime hours of each day…(unless it’s buried in the small print somewhere, I couldn’t find it). I should have been notified, as it would have saved me time packing a swim suit and the trouble and expectation of arriving at the pool only to find such closure signage ( the jacuzzi/whirlpool was closed/out-of-order too). Again, all other aspects I give 5-stars!"
