The only down side to me was having a room located near the stairwell it was very noisy when guests came in due to the tiled flooring and a window facing towards the stairwell"

"This place is beautiful and it’s close to Saville Church and a series of tourist shops. We didn’t walk across the bridge but it’s close to that as well. There is also a supermarket a couple blocks up from the hotel. We had an amazing time staying here. We used the kitchen a lot and it was helpful to be able to wash our clothing. The staff is friendly and know some English. I liked the pool though it’s small and the terrace is beautiful"

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Would have given 5 stars but the man on duty Sunday night 24th May was most unhelpful. His directions included to turn left at the big tree. There are multiple big trees! His attitude was not hospitable. When we came back an hour later and I said we got lost he replied ok and shrugged his shoulders as though not bothered."
