"Typical tired Hilton franchise: dirty stained hall carpets, steam room not working, no water in 25L cooler, both treadmills out of order, spa massage underwhelming, meager buffet(didn’t try it, went out to Wilson’s, 2min walk). This place has seen better days, franchise owner is minimizing expenses at cost of reputation. Front desk staff v attentive, doing their part. "

"Paid for river view and it did not disappoint! great proximity to lots of things. Just far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Rooftop was super lovely. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Only minor complaint: at the price i paid per night... i was really hassled for bottled water in my room. Silly. "

"They did not serve coffee in the morning unless you bought the entire breakfast, which was odd. We had to check out of our rooms at noon and they charged us to leave our baggage for two hours until we had to go to the airport. I reserved a suite room with two beds and arrived to find out they only had one with one bed. which was extremely inconvenient. The staff was not always friendly. The hotel is in a wonderful location. "

"Excellent location. Basically in the middle of the attraction that we were going. Room is clean. One thing is the shower door doesn’t close shut so water leaks to the floor outside if you use shower head. But the staff clean the room everyday so it’s not a big problem for us. A recommend stay!!!"
