"I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The woman assisting us was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. What made the situation worse was an inappropriate comment she made implying that we didn’t have the money to pay. That kind of assumption is not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. There was no reason for us to be treated that way, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Front desk staff are the first impression of a business, and this interaction reflected very poorly on the establishment. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, because no customer should be made to feel judged or disrespected like that."

"Good location but the hygiene of the room was horrible. Body hair on toilet seat, smelly towels that were old snd dirty, fresh blood stains on bed. Tv is only apps but who goes to México to watch tv. "
