"excellent hôtel très bien situé à ~ 800-900 m du beau centre-ville de Cluj-Napoca (une belle ville par ailleurs...😊), hébergement très bien tenu, la professionnalité et l’amabilité du personnel (Maria qui parle français, en plus de sa langue natale...), belle chambre avec salle de bain luxe, vue imprenable sur la ville (j’étais au 7e étage au calme, d’où j’ai vu l’eclipse partielle de soleil !😊), petit déjeuner inclus et très bon pour ma part, varié, que dire de plus...ah ben oui !j’ai réservé...

"Beautiful new hotel with large and comfortable suites and fantastic spa (we got a voucher for one free use; it might not have been worth it to pay the 190 lei for additional uses). Included breakfast is expansive and tasty, kept us going all day. It’s about a 20 min walk or very easy bus ride to the old part of town. It definitely was a good experience."

"We had a great stay at this property. The apt is in a new building and very clean. Very nicely appointed with a wrap around balcony. Also the location is close to the center. The beds are very confortable and the furnishing and cabinetry modern and new. The air conditioner worked great and was very welcome on a very hot day in Cluj. The host was great and very responsive. He even met with us to explain the underground parking garage, who has an interesting car elevator. The garage is a bit tight...

1) reception was closed even though it was listed as open on the listing.
2) they did not take my passport information which is super sketchy to me.
3) the bed is maybe the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and I camp on the ground.
4) the curtains were see through and there was a window in the door which let in the light from the motion activated sensor which literally went on and off every 30 seconds with a loud click. It woke me up all night. I did...

"It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing.
The parking is ample on the street and free!
Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest.
The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. Thank you Cosmin for being so attentive to our requests, it was a pleasure to stay at the Bellevue’s."

"Our stay was simply perfect! The place is clean, very beautifully decorated, with everything you might need! It is close to the city center, very accessible, they were so nice they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours after check out, which was extremely helpful! The only thing I would have to say is the soap/shampoo was a little watery, but nothing to take away from the great experience we’ve had. Thank you so much for everything!"

"Clean, modern and quiet room. The hotel is very central, in a very good location. Unfortunately, at 8 PM when I arrived for check-in I found out that there is nobody at the front desk after 5 PM. I had to call and the staff sent me the access codes. It would have been nice to get the information prior to arrival. The hotel has no amenities, so if you are looking for an area to wait, meet somebody or work, you will be disappointed."
